No. Kellette provides defined decision products and evidence-led briefs. It is not a proposal-writing, legal, compliance, certification, or outsourced capture service.
What do I receive from a Pursuit Brief?
You receive a written assessment of one defined opportunity or pursuit question: the source record, why it may matter, company-fit reasoning, clear mismatches, what remains unknown, a recommendation, and the next justified action.
How does Signal Watch work?
You provide the agencies, NAICS codes, set-asides, geographies, deadlines, opportunity types, and exclusions that matter to your company. Kellette monitors that defined field and delivers one team-reviewed brief each week.
What does Unknown mean?
Unknown means the available evidence cannot establish the point. Every material unknown includes what would resolve it, who can resolve it, and roughly how long that should take.
Does Kellette guarantee eligibility or an award?
No. Official procurement sources remain authoritative. Kellette supports opportunity review and pursuit prioritization; it does not determine legal eligibility or promise an award.
Can I request a meeting before choosing an offer?
