4. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
Kellette may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, extraction, classification, ranking, summarization, rules, and other automated methods to process public-source records, business information you submit, service activity, and feedback. These methods may help identify possible relevance, extract facts, separate evidence from interpretation, preserve unknowns, identify changes, and improve workflow efficiency.

Kellette does not sell Customer Content, Opportunity DNA profiles, or customer pursuit decisions. We do not knowingly sell personal information for monetary consideration.
6. Shopify
The website is hosted on Shopify. Information submitted through Shopify forms and information generated through use of the website may be processed by Shopify to provide, secure, and improve its services. Shopify may process information in countries other than your own. Shopify provides its own privacy information and privacy-request portal for data it controls.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Privacy Choices
The website and its providers may use cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, security, preferences, performance, and measurement. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising or cross-site analytics disclosures as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, Kellette will provide available privacy-choice controls and honor legally required opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control when technically supported and required.
You may use the Your Privacy Choices page to submit an available opt-out request.
8. Business Communications
Kellette may send service-related responses, requested follow-ups, and business-to-business educational or marketing communications. You may opt out of promotional email by using the unsubscribe link where provided or by contacting us. We may continue sending non-promotional messages needed to respond to a request, protect the Services, or administer an existing relationship.
9. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to respond to requests, operate and improve the Services, preserve security and evidence records, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type, relationship, legal requirement, and operational need. We may retain aggregated or deidentified information where permitted by law.
10. Security
Kellette and its providers use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the current service. No system is perfectly secure. 13. Third-Party Websites and Public Sources
The website may link to procurement portals, government websites, articles, and other third-party services. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own notices. A link does not by itself mean that Kellette endorses or controls the third party.
14. International Processing
Kellette and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, appropriate legal mechanisms will be used for international transfers.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, providers, law, security, or business practices. The revised Policy will be posted with an updated date. A separate customer agreement or data-processing addendum may supplement this Policy for a paid or private service.
